I’m talking about the different functions the houses perform. I realise there is variation between different States but I am sure there are some universal defining characteristics.

I’m seeing more and more houses decorated with a single 3-dimensional star. I’m very curious about it. Is there a meaning behind the stars?

…..I am planning to buy a new house.. it is very big with two floors…I live in a very hot and humid country… therefore I need a very good cooling system…. I have seen several houses with different air conditioning systems… ( window air condition, split, central…etc..) which one is the best and more evergy saving…

Also, is it advisable to start a business solely for buying houses and flippping them for a profit?

I am looking to buy a houses. I want to know how I can use other people’s money to do that? I heard that I can also buy houses with no money down. How does that work? If the houses is sold what paper work do I need? How do I market the house?
Please provide other methods of marketing besides using prudential and realtors.

My husband and I are very interested in moving to the west coast eventually. We were thinking very northern California or Oregon. We currently live in northern Illinois. Any cities in particular that are better than the other. We have heard that Eugene, OR is a great city. We want to be no more than 3 hours away from it all: ocean, mountains, woods. But we don’t want to be house poor either. Any suggestions?! Thanks!
